What is the cancellation policy?
There is a 10% (of the total amount due) non-refundable fee once the deposit/payment is made. If cancellation is requested 45 to 60 days before departure, there is a 25% non-refundable fee. 30 to 44 days before departure there is a 40% non refundable fee, 15 to 29 days before departure there is a 70% non-refundable fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations 14 days before the departure.
